Best friends of many years, the pair began with a vision to introduce the unique flavors of their Vietnamese cooking to the coastal town of Marblehead. Since then, Soall has evolved to become a destination for diners around the the North Shore area and beyond.
Chef Rachel Miller was named “30 under 30” by Zagat to honor those whom they considered to be “Boston’s brightest, youngest food-world stars.” She has led as Chef de Cuisine at some of Boston’s finest restaurants including Clio and Bondir. Chef Rachel's unique gift is her ability to translate complex ingredients into simple, yet powerful and flavorful, dishes.
A lifelong restaurant industry professional with over 20 years of service experience, Lindsay brings to Soall the highest standard of service. In doing so, she helps to shape a new generation of restaurant professionals. Lindsay inspires to deliver each guest a holistic experience that is equally well crafted as the dishes prepared by our chef.
