Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisine in the world primarily for it's use of fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and dependence on herbs and vegetables. But perhaps the most significant aspect of this cuisine is how much it reflects the lifestyle of the Vietnamese people. Since much of Vietnam lives in poverty, Vietnamese food is about making the most of very little. Soall captures the essence of this simple approach to cooking while embracing the unique flavors of the Vietnamese cuisine, making Soall food so comforting.

Vietnamese Baguette - Banh Mi.  Made primarily of rice flour, our baguettes, banh mi, are airy and light.    All baguettes are layered with a Vietnamese mayonnaise, sweet and soy sauces; then topped with cucumbers pickled vegetables, cilantro and the optional Jalapeño peppers.
