Welcome

pho, noodle soups, vermicelli, rice and baguettes.

The use of fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and dependence on herbs and vegetables make Vietnamese one of the healthiest cuisines in the world.  But perhaps the most significant aspect of this cuisine is how it reflects the lifestyle of the Vietnamese people.  Since much of Vietnam lives in poverty, Vietnamese cooking is about making the most of very little.  To that end, there are no fancy fares here at Soall.  Instead, we bring you the cooking that comes straight out of our home kitchen, our Soall (pun intended)  Our menu represents the essentials of Vietnamese cuisine - soups, noodles and baguettes, but simplified.  We work to bring you the ingredients and flavors that are unique to Vietnamese cooking with a focus on freshness and quality.

These are the comfort foods that we so loved growing up.  We hope you enjoy them as well.
