Major components of the Vietnamese cuisine are noodle soups, jasmine rice, vermicelli noodles, and baguette or Banh Mi.  At Soall, we pair them with the home cooking that we were privileged to growing up.  Our soups are made from scratch using natural ingredients.  Add in the accompaniments and flavor to taste.  The rice plates are hot, right out of our rice cooker, but the vermicelli noodles are served at room temperature. Both are served with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes along with our garlic lime vinaigrette; toss it all together for the most flavorful experience.  Our baguettes are layered with a Vietnamese mayonnaise, sweet and soy sauces; then topped with cucumbers, pickled vegetables, cilantro and Jalapeno peppers (optional).
